Calender Machines
Apex calenders are built to give producers absolute control over thickness, gloss and surface quality. The roll systems can be configured with two, three or five rolls and Laboratory calenders, depending on the product design. Side rolls are individually heated and regulated with an accuracy of ±1°C, keeping the material stable even during demanding runs.
The calender machines are adaptable for film and sheet lines as well as coating applications, creating smooth, uniform layers across a wide range of polymers.
