Apex Extruder continues to develop new generation extrusion solutions with advanced IoT infrastructure, real-time data processing, and smart machine monitoring systems that allow machines to control themselves more accurately and consistently.
By creating direct machine and CPS interface integration, Apex provides smoother system communication across the entire production line. Cloud infrastructure and dedicated server systems make production data easier to monitor, analyze, and optimize in real time.
Starting from 2027, Apex Extruder plans to integrate AI-supported technologies into its extrusion systems, bringing predictive control, smarter process management, and more autonomous production capabilities into daily manufacturing. Together with newly developed sensor technologies currently under development, these systems are expected to become an important step toward the transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0 in extrusion manufacturing.
