Apex Extruder became the first company in Türkiye to achieve 30 micron UV surface coating in profile extrusion applications. Developed for PC (Polycarbonate) profiles, this technology allows ultra-thin UV surface layers even with challenging raw materials. The system was created through continuous R&D studies and close collaboration with customers. By transferring advanced co-extrusion know-how from sheet lines into profile production, Apex achieved stable surface quality, strong layer adhesion, and precise coating control. The technology also helps reduce raw material consumption while improving UV resistance and production efficiency.
